Yikes, been awhile since I've posted around here. There are some good reasons though.. we've been really busy.

We recently started doing international shipping on a per order basis and it's been a great success. All prints have arrived undamaged and the general response to them has resoundingly positive.

On top of that we've still been quietly working behind the scenes on the next version of this idea. inPRNT first and foremost is a concept, one we've still yet to fully realize, and one we are actively trying to bring to light.

So what's been going on then?

Well first we've been re-working the ordering system from the ground up. The new ordering system will support a variety of different sizes, all the way up to 24x36 and easily offer domestic and international shipping on-site. No more going off to Paypal to place your order, and no more e-mailing to get invoices for international shipping.

With the new cart comes a new fee / payment structure, which we'll discuss later but it's been re-worked to allow the artists more flexibility in their pricing.

Now we've turned our attention to the submission process. We want your art. Right now it's way too much work for artists to get us their pieces and for us to get them online.

Soon you'll be able to submit pieces online for approval, and then follow up by submitting your high res files online also. The whole process will be incredibly streamlined and you should be able to submit a lot of work in just a few minutes.

Accounting. Accounting is something that is obviously important to the artists who sell their work on the site. We are revamping that also. The new accounting section will provide more detailed information on what's being sold and how. It will also provide easier payment tracking, automated payment requests, e-mail notifications and more.

Those are the three major updates coming to the next version of inPRNT. Additionally we've been squashing bugs, re-working the blog so that we can post more often, fixing up the gallery viewing, adding more community features, and generally just making the site nicer to use.

We hope to be releasing most of this soon (I know, I know, we've said it before), we'll be sending notification out when it's live with the start of our newsletter. Keep an eye on your inbox.
